Hey Ken,
I think the blooms and bud you chose work very nicely together! Perhaps a touch more stem and left....but as like tight comps.....this works for me very well as presented! The sharpness and details really come through and I'd bet this would also look great with the black BG.
Great job on this controlling and balancing the light!

Hi Ken, Very "illustrative" with your controlled balance of natural and flash lighting. Really shows off beautiful bloom! Yes, black BG could be interesting. I like the progression of bud sizes.

So nicely done, Ken! You're really getting to be outstanding at these high key images! I agree with Roman that a little more stem at the bottom would have been nice but it's certainly not a deal breaker. I love the composition and how everything ended up in focus. So well done!!!:D
