Here's my version taken this afternoon. When I processed it, started by establishing the B&W control points and when I did there was a very pronounced blue tint across the entire photo. i tried to work it out with the sliders in color balance. i think it's a pretty good job. established a few color control points to tone down some highlights in the water and a couple in the upper section as well. a touch of USM and that's about it.
Nikon D300, Nikkor 28-80 at 40mm, f/8, 1/100s, -0.3EV, ISO 400

Hi Harold would like to take a peak at the straight out the camera image? I see some cast on the mud
......btw ding was slightly slower than Corkscrew :eek::)

wow, that's unbelievable!! ding dead?!! must be something to do with the economy:p

Got it Harold I think the image was over worked? I just did the basic adjustments plus a slight boost using LAB color
What do you think btw tried keeping the same ratio for comparison

looks good. did you make your adjustments before you cropped it and did you sharpen it any?

First cropped then adjustments and no sharpening at all Image looks good as it is and the sharpening was looking weird !!!
