Hi There

Well its another in the series of trying to capture a shot of the Tawny Eagle "Frodo" catching some food that has been thrown into the air. He is not quite as adept at this as say an African Fish Eagle or the Kites, but nonetheless he makes a valiant effort.

This is great.....the look on his face is priceless. I love the detail on this guy......I think that if I reach out and touch the underneath I will feel the actual feathers. I am so envious of your opportunities. You continue to post great moments and images. Keep 'em coming.

Incredible image. I really like that the tail feathers are turned and being displayed. There seems to be a bit of a green cast on parts of your subject? Mainly under the near wing...

Hi Blake

Thanks for taking a look, the green cast may well be light reflecting off the grass below him, he was only about 10 feet in the air or so when this was shot.
