HH from safari vehicle, cropped from horizontal to vertical to get rid of oof tree across body.

lovely alert ears and nice pose , though right now I am not on calibrated monitor colors looks good to me

V nice, light, exposure, color, crop.
Perhaps a bit more sharpening, but I'm not fussy about that.

Wild dog portraits are always a winner with me. I think you can still see some oof branches across the rhs of the dog, but not too distracting. Agree with Tom, could bear some extra, selective sharpening around eyes.

This seems to be on the edge of losing detail, is it a large crop.
If possible try lightening the shadows a little and then try sharpening in small stages.

Thanks all for the comments. It's more crop than I generally like to do but I'm not sure on the percentage. I'm always nervous about too much sharpening so err on the side of caution. I'll see if selective sharpening does it. Thanks again,
