Bombay Hook or Prime Hook?

I'm heading to Blackwater NWR next week and was planning to travel a little in the area for a few days of bird/wildlife photography. I will wrap up at Chincoteague but was thinking of spending a day at either Prime or Bombay Hook. I've never been to either and I noticed there was a good thread on Bombay over the winter months so I was hoping someone from that area could give me some pointers/recommendations for either for this time of year. I'm not sure I will have time for both and I'm sitting here on the computer trying to research them both and I would love to hear what some locals think. Thanks, Mike.
