I promised to post a photograph of the elephant with her two suckling calves, so here it is.

Thanks Harshad, the little elephant on the right (our right) is just a little soft, but I wanted to show everyone the twins suckling as it was a good front on sighting of them. Quite special for me.

Well done. Do you think the back one on right is waiting their turn?

very special moment here Hilary! like the WB here, and I would burn the tusks slightly as they are edging blown and lost some detail (trickiest part of elephant photos is exposing for detail in the skin and keeping tusks from blowing at the same time)

Hi Hilary Difficult to tell the softness of the one to the right since its such a strong image, me eyes are drawn to the action right in the middle !!! Love this image !!! Just as presented for me !!!!

Thanks Morkel and Alfred. I'm having fun finding images I took back in '05 which I'd forgotten about so I hope to bore you all with lots of retro stuff. Sadly, one regret was that I didn't shoot RAW back then as storage was an issue so I'm finding it a little frustrating processing them.
