Gorgeous! Love the green bg and the color of the rose. Just how does one grow roses without holes in the leaves? (Please don't tell me chemicals!)

No chemicals, just lots of flowers to choose from. This is from a carpet rose of mine and there are probably 500 blooms right now.

reminds me of an illustration in an old botanical textbook. very nice. I like how you left at least one thorn in the image.

I just checked the plant and I understated the number of blooms. It looks like it's closer to 1500. These are small flowers that usually grow in clumps of 5 to 10.

I have lots of flowers but there are lots of weeds too. :D

Hey Al, it's window light on the right and there are pieces of white foam core behind and to the left.

Beautiful image, Ken! Love the composition most of all but I might consider slicing just a little off both sides to tighten it up a bit more.
