Hi Haim,
I think this is a very endearing. The little guys don't get any cuter than this. I also like the composition and agree that the eye contact is excellent and engaging.

If this were mine would make the following adjustments;
1) I would make the pupils black by removing the blue/purple cast in the eyes,
2) remove or tone down the bird dropping in front of the owl,
3) and perhaps selectively sharpen the owls faces a little.

Quite a chrming image Haim! I agree with Phil's suggestions...especially the eyes. The first thing we look at are the eyes and the colour in the pupils (caused by the flash) was the first thing I noticed. Nice comp, we really get a good idea of their environment.
