I took this image last saturday. I was waiting in the hide for vultures when they arrived. There were 20 griffon vulture and 2 cinereous vulture very close to the hide. I concentrated in one of the cinereous vulture and watching me I could make this picture. Sorry for the sing. More wild looks in http://www.hugoestevez.blogspot.com/

A wild look it is. Good exposure and detail and great eye contact. I would like to see a tad more canvas on the left if you have it as it appears a bit tight. Nice clean BG too. Many thanks for sharing Hugo.

Hello hugo,

I really like the details here and the way the bird has been exposed. As Judy has pointed out A little canvas if available on the left would be really good.

I have tried a little noise reduction on the image and the image looks smoother, IMHO. i hope you don't mind.

warm regards

ramesh

I don´t mind. Actually, the image looks better. If you don´t mind, could yo said me how you do it?.

About more canvas on the left, it´s imposible because it´s the original frame. In the moment of taking the photo, I preferred to decenter the subject.

Thank you both

i used a slight round of 'neat image' on the image which is a plugin for cs4. Nothing else. and gave it a sharpening of 25%in 'neat image' itself.

Hugo:

Quite the stare here. Agree with Judy on the framing.
The noise reduction does help.

I would appreciate it if you don't post images with watermarks. The rules specify only a small copyright notice.

Thanks. Hope to see more from your latest outing.

Cheers

Randy

A "wild Look" for sure. I find this kind of direct look hard to capture with good DOF so I congratulate you on a job well done.

Hola Hugo, a good looking head on portrait. I like the suggestions above and I'm glad to see you participating here :)

Awesome. Loved the details and the look. exposure looks good. If this is full frame, then another cropped version with just the head-and-shoulders will look great too. Thx for sharing.

Beautiful portrait of the "Ave del Ano" in 2010 in Spain. I like the eye contact and the tight composition.

I like it as is very much.
Just wish that the end of the bill would be with in the focus range.

Ok, Randy. Next time without that watermark. Thanks
