Creative vision, Chas. (Jim, Tom and I found one of these at Jam Bay a few summers ago, figured it had escaped from somewhere unless it was really really lost)

Wonderful image, composition is simply excellent.
I think this is my favorite from your Japan work.

Lovely lovely composition and excellent exposure as usual.
Your pics normally say "manual (incident ...".
Does that mean you use separate light meter to meter the incident light and then manually input the settings to your camera?
Would love to know how you do it.

I us an incident meter as above, as well as in-camera spot metering and reference values to determine the majority of my exposures.

I am off to YNP in a few minutes,
