Hello, Tim! Big welcome to Macro/Flora from all of us. Beautiful floral image - vivid colors and lovely angle. Agree that pulling that little bit of purple out would strengthen the image. The vertical lines of those tulip stems is wonderful...it really pulls your eye right to the color!

Hi Tim, nicely done and a very nice first post! I love the tulip heads catching the light and the symmetrical repetition of the stems.
Did you take this in the "Keukenhof"? Hope you enjoyed your stay here.
Could you post your tech info? It's a great way for us to learn how you managed to create this image. If we don't like something in an image, it enables to give you concrete advice on your settings.

My tech it at home I'm afraid I shall try and remember to post it. It was taken in the Keukenhof, never seen so many photographers!
