Same bird I posted last night, only over a different patch of creek with a different angle of light on it, hence greater difference in the subject and the BG.

Very nice colors, Joe;. See my post in the Educational Resources Forum about blurring the wing tips. This is one of the instance where the wingtip is sharper than the head.

Joel I like the wing position better on this image. Your previous image was very nice, but the wing coming
toward the viewer had an awkward angle to it and to me it looked a little strange.
