Beautiful work, Ken! The flower is a very nice perch and there's good details throughout both the plant and the butterfly. It's not the perfect HA but it's the next best thing. Good eye contact even though he's pointing away from the camera.

Beautiful capture I like the pose and composition.
Purely from a personal point of view (I appreciate this is subjective) I think the colours are very rich/saturated (or perhaps it is the contrast that is high) I would like to see the same shot a little less "in my face":)

Very nice image, Ken. I like how everything is sharp and in focus. The color of the flower and the BG is also pleasing. :)

very nice. the moth is so soft looking (as in sense of touch, I don't lean soft as in lack of details), that the flower seems overly sharp in comparison. couldn't get a background any better! great flash work, it looks very natural. Did you use it at full strength?

Very beautiful image, Ken. Lovely colors, details, and BG. Only thing that would make this better IMO would be a slight more turn of the butterfly towards the camera. Well done. :)

HI Ken, lovely little skipper but I also think the flower is overpowering the little guy so I toned it down just a bit and I think this would have worked nicely as a vertical.
