Hey Adams, this is a very appealing image and a well deserved 1st place!! I will still offer a bit of suggestions though:) I would clone out the small floating debris on the reflected leg, as well as the orange spot on the reflected body. A few dust spots should be cleaned up too. I love the subtle ripples in the water...very neat effect!

I am guessing you were dialed down quite a bit with the aperture to get the dof.
