Caught this lady busy sorting out stuff for her nest from some old conifer roots. Rather overcast day but hope its sharp enough.

Nice stick! Very good noise level for this ISO/camera combination, which suggests your exposure was spot on.
The eye/beak could be a touch sharper.
If it were mine, I would tone down the brightness of some the brightest background, to try and focus attention on the bird.

I wouldn't have expected such a long twig from a songbird's nest!! Good points by Randy, and I would add that I would perhaps crop a bit off the top, and to me there is a magenta cast to your image (bird and nest). You could open up your aperture a bit for additional SS and a slightly less defined BG.
