Whoa! Check out the stare! Powerful eyes for sure. The image needs a bit of CW rotation, and I would fiddle with colour balance as I find the overall feel is a rather dirty-ish colour cast (too green/yellow, if that makes sense?)

Good points above. The eyes are demonic, very intense. With that in mind, I would crop a bit to emphasize that.
