Hey Denise,
I've debated the green in the LRC for a bit.....but feel it balances the stem nicely and defines the curve....which makes this for me. Yo have kept all the subtle detail throughout......so nicely handled and composed.

Wow really nice composition. I like the angle the flower comes into the image. I like the colors. I wonder if the reflection on the stem is a bit bright?? Nice job HH.

I also went back and forth on the green in the corner. I think in a print this size it would work - not sure about a large print, though. Lovely details on the petals - leaves them soft but with some texture. I really like how the area below the stem is curving in the same direction as the petals above it.

I debated the green area also but felt that it was good color balance for the stem.
Jules, That curved area was my fav. part. Thanks:)

Soft and beautiful yet sharp. Love it.

This is lovely, Denise. There's just enough detail throughout to keep me interested. If it were mine, I probably would have cloned over the green in the LRC. That petal edge is strong enough on it's own and doesn't need the green, IMHO.
