Hi Phil, nice detail on the body and wings. Eye is also good. I would crop a bit from the top and also crop at least half the perch from the bottom.

Beautiful bird and the red eye really stands out, I think I would take a some off the bottom as suggested.

Exposure looks good on my screen. Sharpness and detail seem to be good too. Maybe it's just me, but I find these birds pretty much unapproachable. Even with with a blind they won't come anywhere near me. Whatever you're doing... it worked.
