This is a beautiful image, Denis. The pose is perfect (IMHO) - nice angle on the head and breast, full wing span, soft colors, and nicely positioned in the frame. I might want to remove some of the pink cast from the bird itself if possible, but that's just me. Well done....Gail.

Well done. Love the pose and the sweet light and the positioning of the bird against the cloud. I would do a Curves adjustment to give it just a little more pop.
I have never seen an Osprey with such a distinct breast band; do you know if you have a sub-species down under?
later and love, artie

I am absolutely in love with this one!!!
Love the pink sky, the soft light and the low contrast.
Work of art as far as I'm concerned :)
Big welcome, Dennis!

Wow! Nice light, bird, pose and fish. The pink cloud is really something and makes the image.

What a beautiful bird! Wish I could see full size. Personally I would add just a smidgen of contrast.

Thank you Gail; much appreciated.
I am unsure as to how I might remove some of the pink cast from the bird as I am an absolute amateur on Photoshop and very new to photography.
However, it cannot be too dificult. Will try.
Kind Regards,
Denis Glennon AO
