This shot was taken during feeding, while mother was to the left of the frame. I missed one of the legs, could have been better.
Shot at 7.29am, very dark in the shade.
Exposure: 0.013 sec (1/80), Aperture: f/6.7, Focal Length: 850 mm, ISO Speed: 4000, Exposure Bias: 0 EV, Flash: No Flash

Followed them for about 30 mins, and the mother finally settle him/her down. More shots to come after I get a chance to process them.

A cuteness factor of 10 here. Good HA, and love the raised leg. Colours look natural, and pops nicely from the BG. Pity about the severed foot.

Hi Troy, based on the 'techs' you have done extremely well, hats off to you.

The light and colouring has also been treated/handled very sympathetically too. Sadly the front left leg looks awkward as it's raising to to move on, plus the cropping of the foot lets it down as you have pointed out. For me, if these two points were not there I think you would have a very strong looking image.

Steve,
I agree. I hope to get better shots again soon.

You got a nice sharp image (1/80 @850mm well done) It is a pity the rear leg has been clipped. Colors and exposure handled well. TFS

Love those eyes and the raised front leg. Agree about more room on the bottom.
