PS I have a question, my mecablitz flash unit stopped working all of a sudden and after trying all the obvious (switched cameras, changed batteries), it won't fire. I am having a difficult time figuring out where a mecablitz flash can be repaired. Does anyone know? Miami folks especially, any ideas?

I like the crop idea and don't mind the missing eye contact here. The bird looks a bit overflashed on my monitor and I might sharpen the bird a bit more. Maybe a tad more room at the top so that the round pattern in the upper right is complete?

I too find it bright at my end. Spectacular "explosive" comp.

Hopefully some local folks can answer your flash repair location question....
