A very breezy and chilly AM on the beach. Great fun to watch the Oyster Catchers land in the gusty winds which kept changing direction.

This is quite excellent, one of your best. The techs are spot on and the light is sweet. I generally do not like that near-wing position but with the other wing similarly curved I gotta say that it looks great. Did you crop some from our left?

Sweet light Joe, and I like the angle of approach. Sharp where it counts too.

Very nicely composed with sweet light and BG. Good blacks and perfect head angle. Way to go!

Thanks Joe. I figured that the bird had been in the center to start :)

Well done Joe. Techs look dead on. Can't believe it's been 3 years since I've been out there with these beauties. Keep posting your images. It's the only way I get to see what I've been missing.
