Giova, nice behavior shot, cropping is a bit tight. Since you could not help with showing more cranes in the background, you might as well leave more room around left and right side of the frame. What is the name of this crane?

no more space ...it is a vertical shoot and I cropped to change in horizzontal.
It ia common crane in Europe

I like Troy's idea of an horizontal because the habitat and OOF BG birds look good and give a nice sense of flock size. I'm just not cray about the fourth merged singing bird, but I realize it is sometimes hard to avoid with flocks of birds. Did you take any in horizontal besides this one (if the situation and timing permits it is always a good idea to take some in both orientations...)?

Anyhow, great behaviour and interaction you share with us, and I like the overcast lighting.
