Oxpecker Wingflex

Wasn't sure if I posted this one yet as it's been sitting in my BPN folder for some time.

This red-billed oxpecker sat on the back of a blue wildebeest and posed nicely for me. The light was beginning to get harsh but I like the pose and detail. Cropped tight because of OOF vegetation on both sides.

This was taken in the Kruger Park.

wished for more space in front, but nice pose with the eye contact, loved the colours and the perch adds interest..

It would be nice if wildebeest head was visible (you had a zoom here :D) but still a nice shot. like the details. IS there a slight movement in the head?

Awesome stuff Morkel. Love the pose and light is pretty good for me. Wish for a tad more space to the right.

thanks for the feedback guys...the head is sharp but it is a reasonable crop to get rid of OOF vegetation. the wildebeest head wasn't even visible here (behind the bushes).
