Daniel, I would love to have seen this without the strobe...all those little pin points of hot white light are distracting to me. It also looks like you've got your focal point on the back half of the spider and his web and that left the eyes/face and front legs just a little OOF. You might try some selective sharpening there and see if that brings it closer to what we're seeing in the back half.
