One recently rescued from a dead CD, a Kafue Lechwe calf, apparently the difference is the Black on the front of the legs.
Subsequent to taking this in Kafue National Park, Zambia on 29th September 2005, I have discovered that there are supposedly no Kafue Lechwe in Kafue.
Unfortunately it is bit to central:(

Interesting pose on this calf. As you mentioned the central placement, maybe a crop from bottom and rhs? See what you think. Exposure and sharpness look good. TFS

You are correct about it being too central...but if this full-frame then you have more than enough pixels to crop and preserve the details. Cute pose...looks like its checking you out! I assume that is its' tail peeking above the back?

I have no idea why I cropped in the manner I did as I had plenty of room , here is a rework.

Thanks a lot for giving me a firm nudge to change it.

I think the tail was waggling very fast hence the odd appearance.
