I was going to post my image of a Ivory Billed Woodpecker.... but due to an overwhelming response from my first Tree Swallow image, I was compelled to post another image of this elegant iridescent bird. :D

Great perch, BG and composition. I wish we could see the beak a bit better.

A little less head turn for me too.. Like the perch and the details on the bird.

Agree on the head turn, we have an inverse problem :)
Love the colors and perch and killer compo too.
When are you posting the Woodie??? :p

Nice bird and perch. Vertical was the logical choice here. I'd give it a bit more room at bottom for the vegetation down there.

Very nice, clean composition and great colors. Concur with Lou's head angle comment. Reading Daniel's comment, I think I agree. Add'l space below would give the new growth more breathing room.

I was not aware that Ivory Bills ranged as far north as Minnesota. Who knew?
