I have posted a few of these in the Eager to learn forum and thought it was time to give you all a chance to educate me. (Lance and Alfred have been a great help to me in improving my skills)
Sony A700, 70-400G @400mm, f8, 1/1000, iso1250, ev +1.7, HH. My only vantage point to shoot these eagles is when they fly between the tree lines of a two lane road. So there is a lot of spinning and turning on my part.
PP in PSE8, Levles, slight shadow adjustent, sharpen, 75% of FF. The lower wing had a blue cast so i lowered the blue and green channels for that wing only. Image was rotated 90 degress clockwise from how it was shot. Clear sunny skies, standing in shade.
