Hi Jeff,Beautiful morning light, detail and nicely muted backround. For my taste a bit off the top. Well handled!

Love the eye contact, the HA, the sharpness, the details and nice background. Wish you can include the tail too.

Nice one, Jeff. Great detail. People often ask why she is called a Red-bellied, when she has a red head. This one tells the story. Well done!

Lovely shot, Jeff. Lots of nice detail. Looks like you held the lights right on the edge. Me Likie.

Bob, you are right. With the 7D you must keep it solidly to the right to avoid the noise. In this case the histogram was just where I wanted it and the light colors were completely in check - thanks for the kind words.

Like the catchlight and the BG it compliments the bird nicely. What do you use for your sharpening workflow. Just curious. Bird looks very sharp.

Hi Jeff - Like it a lot - just a tad off the top for my personal tastes. :)
