Taken in the Everglades on th IPT with Fabs and Al.
5.6
ISO 1000
1/320s
AV eval +.33
500 w/ 1.4
PP in CS4. A lot of branches removed from around the head area.
Know it is tight but no more room left on the right.
Think I need more practice with the TC:)
Comments Appreciated.

Like the vertical and look back position. The way it is framed makes the habitat a plus. Moreover, we can easily see the long legs (great view) and full body. This with a great eye and HA makes it for me - sweet image

I would second Jeffs comments Jackie - lots to like here.
Great clear sharp eye as well.
Good show :)

I like it . . . nice and sharp and a beautiful bird. Only negative for me is the crowding on the right side (which you noted in your intro).

Nice habitat shot. BG is busy but seems to blend well with the bird. I like that you captured the full legs and talons,
Peter

I like that you can see the feet. Interesting "perrch" Maybe add a little contrast to the bird to make is stand out from the BG

Very cool Jackie, like the full length portrait and habitat, now if you get the head raised to show the neck it would be over the top. TFS

Love the look back pose. Sharp and well exposed.
Miss you :(

Thanks for the comments. I think I may have one with the neck up. Will give it a whirl. Oscar not too many great pictures to post. But I have been practicing a lot.

Hi Jackie, I also like it as presented.Even though the backround is not blurred out it is not sufficiently distracting to hurt the image. I like the sharpness and the pose....

HI Jacky...lots to like here as noted above....You might consider a slight vignette to darken the corners

Bob I already added a vignette which I usually do about 90 percent of the time. Also I already added some contrast to the bird. Wish I lived in FLA the birds are so tame:)
