A red squirrel in a classic squirrel pose. This squirrel was attracted to a feeder setup (just try to keep them away :) ). 40D, 500 f/4, 1/100, f/5.6, ISO 400. All comments welcome and appreciated.

Techs look good here. Nice detail captured. Crop suits this well with smooth bg and complimenting color. Well done. TFS

Works for me Steve, perhaps a hint more log, (in the depth)? :)

An immaculately perfect portrait. What is he munching on? I too could go for a bit more log. SH and BKGR are superb.

Hi Steve,
Great angle on this nice, healthy looking critter. Complimentary colors of subject and BG. I like the lines created by the tail/back crease and the different colored fur of the underbelly.

Thanks for your comments Artie. Black oil sunflower seeds (birdfood) do the trick. :)

I like the angle here, and you have captured good sharp detail. Lovely light, and the squirrel pops so well from the BG.

Great detail for 1/100, love the feet. Simple picture well exposed with great colors and perfect BG - I would hang this one.
