Hi Dan This was so close !!!!!!!!! As is a fine image Love the female with open beak and male with up wing position Would try getting rid of the white tree branch leading to the wing then softening the bg as much as you can would also crop a bit top and bottom for proportion Will enhance forward motion

The colors are very pleasing and have amazing sharpness on the ducks With this set up I go for blurs lots of times Does tame the bg btw great reflexes !!!!

Nice light, details and poses. I just wish for less overlap and find the BG a bit distracting. Keep them coming.
