Beautiful whites and pose, good head angle and neat and smooth BG.
Next time, please include the techs of your image, it's easier for us to critique and it may help other members.

Very nice exposure, sharpness and pose.

To my eye the whites have a bit of a blue cast.

Maybe a sliver more space to right.

Fine looking image Bob !! Like the pose and beautiful water bg !! Great feel Might only take a small amount form the left so the right has more room !! Fine image !!!

Joe, No need to go vertical as the shot was wide enough to hold reflection. I cropped most of the reflection as I felt the overall composition was too loose and the main focus should be on the bird and the feather detail.
