I like the composition and the placement of the fly in the frame. Light is good and the shadow below the fly adds depth.
I only would sharpen the fly a bit more.

Michael, the comp looks good and I agree with Markus that the fly, especially its head, needs more sharpening. I would also give the eyes a bit of a color boost and run NR on the BG.

I think Ken nailed it - small tweaks and you'll come away with a really nice keeper. I'd also look at toning down the green in the mid-tone range just a little bit.

And I would darker the background a bit and saturate the colors of the fly more :D

And i would crank that lens up to 3x, at least, and open up another world.:-)) I seldom take shots with the MPE with f10, mostly f16. I notice that your ISO is also very high 3200 if the file info is correct. The MPE magnifies everything, and the noise will be a problem IMO with such a high ISO, and noise, will take away some of the sharpness of the smaller objects. Light is a small bit too harsh for me, but a good shot, with a difficult lens.:-))
