A very nice shot. It reminds me of our Meadowlarks.
I like the composition and pose very much.
I might remove the bit of spider web ib lrc and clean up the bill a bit, if you do that sort of thing.

Stunning image with an awesome BG and composition. Love the vibrant color and superb detail as well as the singing pose which puts it over the top for me. Love this and many thanks for sharing.

For me, one of the things that makes this image so stunning is the way the colors work together or in opposition. There are several shades of gray in the foreground, on the bird, and in the bg all working together; plus the green works as a perfect contrast to the yellow on the bird.

Nice image, and I love the overcast light conditions. Only thing is that I wish the bird had perched higher on the shrub to put a little separation between the foliage and the body (and to prevent the legs from being ccompletely hidden).
