Sweet light nicely captured.
Good dof and a really good job getting the sun's rays to show up so well.
If mine I might take some off the top and clone out the bird or spot close to middle of frame.
It is a great looking scene and probably lots of ducks in season.

I like this and especially the middle 2/3 rds of the image. The bright orange water and grass is very attractive. I would crop the grass on the bottom out and about 1/2 down the dark cloud line on the top to accentuate the best part of this image. Nice work see this.

Beautiful light and composition. I agree with the recommendations to enhance focus on the center part of the image. Perhaps a vignette would be good too.

Dave Mills and I (in florida together photographing birds) agree with Roberts recomendations but will offer you another possible option. We both feel this makes a very strong pano also! Just something for you to explore.
