10D, guess that is old.

I like the fact you can tell she has been kneeing in the mud. I would like to have seen just a bit more ground under her feet but not a big deal. The muddy legs goes well with the dried lagoon - tells the story.

I've never seen one of these - but then I have only been to Bots and Zim once in my life...

I too like the mud on the legs. It goes with the story. The depth of field is fine. I have no issues with the horizon, as the animal is walking and the left leg is raised. So the right side is likely and hence right horn is likely to be at a lower elevation.

I too have fond memories of the 10D. Can't believe that I used to click at ISO 100 with the 10D. :D

Thanks for the comments, as you may have guessed I am working my way through old images. I am amazed that some of the 10D images are quite good, pity I gave it way.

Lovely shot of the animal in its habitat - and with the story to go with it. Interesting for me to see the different look of the older cameras... I don't think I even had a point & shoot in 2003.
