Not a fan of B&W for nature, but this looks good. I would place him highre in the frame.

Good job on those blacks Vinay, and I like the pose. I would maybe take a bit off the top.

I too would place him higher in the frame, and also wish for a better HA. I am curious as to why you would photograph birds in monochrome rather than having a colour version which you can then convert to B/W (even if the light was harsh)? I'd be worried to forget to set the camera back to colour before the next shoot!!:D

Love the long tail and how it is perched at the very top of the perch!
