Hello Kostas! Is this a rather large crop? It feels like it is a bit fuzzy and I'm wondering if that is because of the use of extension tubes or a larger than normal crop?

For me, I feel the left side of the frame is a bit too bright and the center a bit too dark. You have to be careful when using extension tubes and macro lenses that when you get in super close for the photograph that you aren't blocking the light source...happens to me all the time! Try coming in from the side and keeping your body at an angle so the light can fall into the center where your focus is and then fall softly off to the sides.

Make sense?

hi Julie , the crop is not too large , but u are right about the light , the flower was almost in the the lens , i did try from the side as u say . but this lens is brand new and the tube as well , so i dont know to work with them pretty well , yet .
thanks for the reply.

Hey Kostas, would like to see a little more sharpness through out, agree on the lighting would be better if it was more even.

Kostas, in addition to what Mike and Jules have said, you should clone out some of the imperfections such as the small brown spots. Also, there are a couple of bright pixels that should be cloned out with the most obvious one being in the lower center.
