Hey Connie,
I rmember that you like this perspective as do I! I think if you tame a few of the highlights in the URC.....and lighten just the kayak with a levels layer.....will really draw us into the image! Nice job overall!

Connie - Great sky and dreamy reflection! I could see going with a high key version of this too.

Roman got it including lightening the boat. I would suggest more sharpening as the clouds and BG as soft.

awesome clouds!! this would have been perfect for a polarizar filter!! would make those clouds pop!! love the inclusion of the bow of the kayak. nice touch!

Beautiful image, Connie! Agree with bringing out the boat and sharpening the clouds. I really appreciate that you found an opening in the clouds for the canoe to ride through - that really makes the image for me!

Thank you everyone. I may have to breakdown and get that polarizer; on the other hand, I would rather close the aperture for more dof to sharpen up the image. I'm not sure how well I can do that with the polarizer while shooting in a boat without tripod. Julie, glad you noticed, that's exactly what I was trying to achieve.
