Good pose with a clear view. I like the environmental setting being included, especially since none of it blocks the bird. The background is a little light for my taste but there is excellent separation of the bird from the great bokeh background. Thanks for sharing. Scale is a little hard to grasp but it looks smaller than the Red Tails I used to see in southern Ohio or now in Texas (where, of course, everything is bigger!). ;)

Nice pose an composition, the harsh light is evident in the background, maybe you could use the burn tool a bit?

Welcome to BPN, hope to help you become a better photographer!

Terry, Fabs,

Thank you for the feedback. Personally, I really like this image but as I said in an earlier thread, I am here to learn. So I am open to any and all feedback.

Among my no doubt many weaknesses is that I am not that good with Photoshop. Right now I am using Lightroom and Photoshop 7. But when you say use the burn tool, all I can say is I've heard of it but have never used it. Guess its time to learn! :)

Thanks again.
