I like the composition, BG and details. I might selectively sharpen the eye a tad more.

HI Sid would also work on the yellow around the eye Lighten saturate will be good !!!! I like it a lot !!!!

I like the softens on this portrait. I would have to agree with others regarding saturation and more sharpness.
