Hi Chris, Nice waterflow along with a good conversion to B/W. There are two things I might have done differently.
First, I would have given(if possible) more room on the bottom so more of the flow could be shown. I also would have shifted to the left in order to see more of the flow coming off the rock rather than cutting it on the left. Of course I wasn't there so I'm not sure you would of been able to position yourself that way...

Hey Chris,
My view differs slightly from Dave's. While I agree that he has some valid points on the space, I am OK with this as presented.....just a bit more room up top....or perhaps a bit of burning there to darken/fade the brightest parts at the top edge.
For me the central placement along with the flow is enough to carry the comp and a very nice B&W conversion too. Well done.

I think B&W was the way to go here. To me the strongest part of the image is the large rock in the center. I would also try a close crop of just that rock.
