Hey Lance,
Very nice balance with the tree arching from the left and framing the smaller tree. Super detail in the snow too. Did you use a polariser?......my bet is yes as the blues in the sky can get that dark and while I like super polarization.....not everyone's cup of tea......but an easy lighten for those that don't like the strong effect. I'd leave it as is! Very nicely done!

Hi Lance,Love the image!! The arching tree works beautifully as a frame along with strong detail throughout. I also like the sky and feel the color compliments the image nicely. Well done Lance!!

Hi Lance, This image is gorgeous. The colors are very nice and the detail in snow is perfect. I really like the composition. This one has everything!

Beautiful Lance! I love the composition and contrast between the sky and the snow. My eye lingers over the detail in the foreground and then is drawn to the sky and the distant peaks. Excellent!!

Lance,

I agree with the others above. Only thing I would suggest is setting a white point on the brightest part of the snow to remove some but not all of the blue/cyan color cast which I feel IMO is too strong.

An awesome image that certainly shouts "Cold!" Nice detail and composition. Just need to remove the blue/ cyan cast.

Great image Lance - I love the framing of the foreground trees - the eye is led nicely around the shot. Too me the darker blue sky from the polarizer adds to the contrast in the scene and does not bother me. Nice.

Love the shapes of the trees and they really look like ghosts!!!

I'm sure you are sitting on a pillow ;)

Love it!

Snow Ghosts are so beautiful!

I think the blue tinge adds a feeling of "coldness" to snow photos, and in this one, makes it even a bit more eery. Hence the snow "ghosts".
