I've seen this one recently. I like this one because off his nice tuft head.

I like the green color in the head. Good composition and good exposure (those male Tufted Ducks are really hard to expose correctly).
I only wish for a lower angle.

I also like the iridescence on the head and I would also tone the whites down just a little more.

Hi - tough one in anything but soft light - done well, might tone down the whites a tad. Feels like it needs just a little CW rotation to me.
