Really nice photo Gary; I like the panoramic crop. You don't see many photos from BdA that look like this one, but I think it's great. It looks a little noisy but I'm not sure that's a bad thing given the mood of the photo. There appear to be some gray spots at the top to the right of center that I might consider cloning out.

Thanks Gary, I can't get enough of sandhill cranes. Ever since I saw my first sandhill at the Isenberg Reserve near Lodi, CA, I've been fascinated by these magnificent birds.

I assume everyone else is using a calibrated monitor. It looks fine on mine. I have one similar to this from Nov. I'll have to dig it up and try to make it look like yours. Thanks for the ideas.

Hi Gary , It is slightly on the dark side but I like the beautiful mood you have captured in this image. Really very stunning and a lovely composition. Very fine work and I agree with you the Sandhill cranes are beautiful and fascinating to watch. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Ok here is my redo of the sandhill cranes with everyones input, I cloned out the grey spots and lighten it up a touch.
