I love predawn light. It looks completely dark, but long exposures reveal light we can't see :).

Hi Ryan, The warm lighting is very pleasing and due to the long exposure the water has a silkiness to it. The rocks in the water on the far right are really not helping the balance of the comp. If your so inclined I might crop them out. The small rock in the water I would have tried to get more separation between that and the rock in front of it. You could of done that either being higher or shifting left. I would also crop about half the lighter water which will tighten up the comp. With some selection and S/H you can get more detail out of some of the rocks.
I like how you played with the light and dealt with it effectively...

I like the composition. I would like the see the rocks a little brighter. The colors of the sand and water are very nice.

Ryan,

Good suggests above. I would try to get some detail back into the FG rocks so they are not so black. All in all I like how you approached this subject. It has an attractive luminance quality to it.
