Split CA into North & South

I think CA is too big and diverse to have just one forum. It's not as if one can jump into their car and drive from San Diego to San Jose on a spur of the moment. How about a NorCal and SoCal split?

In fact, it's sooooooo big you could have a Central Coast, say between Santa Barbara and Carmel. The Gold Coast.

It is recognized by the mods & staff that this region is very large but being such a new addition to BPN, we are waiting to see if / when traffic in this region will warrant a split.
So the idea is there, we just need more activity here.
