Hi Kobus, Very strong image! The dry land area makes a nice foreground and leading line. The large tree on the left provides a strong anchor and a framing element. The sky is wonderful along with the reflection in the water.The starkness of the area also provides interest. Strong impact and well handled!!

Wow - this one is great - I really like the use of the foreground trees to frame the scene - excellent!

Kobus, great image, composition and sky. But the red channel (the sky) is clipped. You can see this by opening the image in PS and by viewing the "colours" histogram. The red bar is pushed to the right. Have a look at the forums REDucation 1&2 (I found these resources extremely valuable):
