Excellent image Michael , Center compo works very well here . Water splash and expression of seal are too good

A bit too central for me Michael, perhaps a tad more in Curves & USM might help to give it a bit more 'punch'?

Donna Nook I assume.

Nice picture, but the eyes could use a bit more pizazz :D

Hi Michael Like the expression and setting, agree on the eyes ... adding a catch light will make them more alive. On the tech side for water splashing I like using a little less shutter speed so the water won't take a frozen look !!! Excellent image !!!

The head on approach really works here together with the surf and his gaze on the camera. Agree with Steve here that some USM will give the image some extra pop.

I would agree about selectively sharpening the eyes. Otherwise, a lovely image, Michael!
